a. Our products are applied to 3-5-7 layers corrugated cardboard producing lines .It is an indispensable part to transport and dry the cardboards. Compared with the wove ones , our needle corrugated belts have longer life span, since we use stronger material of terylene and fibre. The tensile strength of the belts is 1.5 times than those similar ones. Above all ,friction of the belts is stronger ,no slippness ,no enlargement and shrinking ,hardly going off from the track
b. We have adopted technique overseas .Thus, connections of the belts are invisible and there is no frequent impressions on the paperboards when being yielded. There are many units in each 300cm so that hooks can not drop off from the tracks .
c. The belts can tolerate 260℃ high temperature .Hence they are the best supplements to replace those previous ones .When manufacturing finishes ,let the machine keep on going for more than 10 minutes (without paperboards).
d. Our company has in-taken advanced technique and adopted materials of higher level quality .As a result, the geometrical dimensions of our belts are perfect stable.
e. Since our belts are needled instead of being wove , there are innumerable holes within them ,so that air can pass through them with least difficulty. In this way , the air penetrability has been improved .
